Season of Mist signs HDK!:-)

Hello everybody!

First of all, I'd like to thank you all for your patience, you waited a long time for HDK news, and finally I've got some real news!

The past period, I had to take it easy, you all know the reasons for that, so everything took a bit longer than expected.
I also had to deal with some unfinished After Forever business, and obviously that was my main priority.
Meanwhile, I talked to various labels about HDK, and one of those labels was Seasons of Mist.
They worked for After Forever in France for the first 4 albums, I got to know them as a hard working label with also a lot of experience with the more extreme/underground bands.
This label seemed to be the perfect option for HDK, and in the end, it also turned out to be like this.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait a bit till System Overload will be released, it will be an early 2009 release.
Then again, this music is more suitable for wintermonths than summermonths;-)

Season of Mist is happy to let you know that the label just inked a deal with new Dutch project HDK, whose main man is no other than AFTER FOREVER co-founder, main songwriter, guitarist, and grunter Sander Gommans. Needless to say, we're very happy to welcome him to the Season of Mist roster! Here's the man's comment:

"I've been working very hard on my project HDK for several years, so it was very important for me to find a label that is specialised in the more extreme side of metal, but also experienced in the style of AFTER FOREVER. I already worked together with Season of Mist when they released the first AFTER FOREVER albums in France, so I know they will do a good job for HDK as well. My project is a mix of all kinds of metal styles, the label has to be able to give it its full attention in order to promote this the right way, and I feel confident Season of Mist is able to do that perfectly!"
