Hi2u2!
Hello, my name is Harri and I'm from Finland. I'm 20y old. At the moment I'm not studying, and I'll start working soon, but mainly I just play poker. If I understand it right, there's a bit more females here than males? That's no problem of course, vice versa . Music is my biggest passion and I play drums myself. I listened After Forever for the first time pretty much like 1,5y ago and I somehow didn't understand it at all. The funny thing is, that when I listened it again better on April 2008 (thanks to my former female friend) I was like As some of you might have noticed on some topics, I'm a big fan of Mark Jansen. I think he's my top idol if I can use that word
After Forever and Epica are easily my favourite bands because their music is just so fitting in my taste. They have (in random order of course)
a) Female lead singer. I really like female fronted metal.
b) Great grunter to build up the rageside of the songs if needed. Makes 'em so much more emotive.
c) Classical elements <3 I've always listened classical music more or less. When I was 3y old, my parents always asked me if I wanted to hear Bach or Vivaldi when I go to sleep. So one night they did it again and I answered "Bach" (or something what reminds the word ) and they put in Vivaldi instead. After only a short while they heard some whine from the sleeping room and I was told I took my baby's dummy out from my mouth and said "I said "Bach", not "Vivaldi"!"
d) Choirs. I REALLY love 'em.
e) All above with normal band and bueno, it's complete.
I'll be posting here when ever I can also in the future, have a nice day!

Hi Harri!
Welcome!
Metal and classic are my passion on music. I recommend you Haggard, the greatest band of the world. None can mix metal and classic like they can do. Believe me! Eppur si muove is their best album.
See you soon.
